The producer Deep Silver and the developer 4A Games released the launch trailer for the second downloadable content of the second great story of the game Metro Exodus, "Sam’s Story", which is available today (11) on all platforms. It can be purchased through the Expansion Pass or individually. Below is an overview of downloadable content via Deep Silver:

"Sam's Story" follows former US Marine Sam, a Spartan guard who has worked with Colonel Miller since the nuclear war that devastated Moscow and followed Artyom in search of a world outside the subway. Sam had long dreamed of returning to his homeland and perhaps even finding his father alive. The prospect seemed impossible in the dark subway tunnels, but when the Spartans discovered that Moscow was not the only city that remained alive after the war, hope no longer seemed so foolish.

Sam, determined to find his way back to the U.S., left Aurora to cross the harbors devastated by the Vladivostok tsunami, past industrial buildings and dilapidated residential districts. However, to complete his journey, Sam will discover that he needs all the tactics he has learned so far to survive, as his environment proves to be much more complicated than expected.

At this expansive level of “restricted area survival”, players will experience another exciting story with new characters, weapons and mutant variants, in a huge, non-linear environment that offers hours of gameplay.

Metro Exodus is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.
