A little more than 3 months until the release of The Last of Us Part II that takes place on May 29th. And Naughty Dog has already started the final part of the production process, and is putting the finishing touches on The Last of Us Part II. According to Arne Meyer, Director of Communications at Naughty Dog, “The end of development is a huge step towards getting to launch. We know that all of you have been patient during the past few years, so it is exciting to see our game take its final form, knowing that it will soon be in your hands. Today (11), we have news about The Last of Us Part II! ”
Special Edition with Bonus Items and Pre-Sale Discount
The pre-sale of the physical disc The Last Of Us II began in Brazil on January 29. In addition to its standard version, which is being sold for R $ 249 with up to 20% discount on cash purchases, Brazil will have the Special Edition, which to the delight of fans of the franchise, comes with a mini art book of 48 pages, special metallic packaging, including complete game for PS4, dynamic theme for PS4 and a set of 6 PSN Avatars, and will be sold for R $ 289.00, with a special discount of up to 20% on pre-order, available until the 28th of May. Demo in the Hands of The Last of Us Part II at PAX East 2020
Ellie and Joel's journey started in Boston, but PAX East has a special meaning for Naughty Dog, “because that's where we gave you the first opportunity to test The Last of Us, back in 2013. We thought it would be cool to return to city where it all started and give fans the first Demo in the hands of The Last of Us Part II ”, said Arne.
From February 27th through March 1st, anyone participating in PAX East will have the opportunity to play “Patrol,” an early area of the game, where Ellie and Dina must venture to areas around Jackson to deal with infected people. The demo contains about an hour of gameplay and is just a small sample of what awaits fans in the full game.
New Art, Wallpapers and Free Dynamic Theme for PlayStation 4
Still with the news, Naughty Dog unveiled two newer pieces of art from The Last of Us Part II, which explore both sides of Ellie's journey: from the relative peace she found when the story begins to the vengeful pursuit that follows.

A new Dynamic Theme was also created that changes from day to night, based on the internal clock of your PS4 system, which is already available for free on PlayStation Store and can be redeemed using the code for your account region:
